Help us understand the issue

Include the app version, Android version, phone model, what you were trying to do and the error you saw. Provide an account or Fleet identifier only when relevant. Remove unrelated personal information from screenshots.

Do not send passwords, QR pairing invitations, API keys or full payment-card details.

Fuel-sensor setup

Fuel monitoring is a support-assisted beta. Send the sensor manufacturer and model, the type of connection and any available protocol documentation. Compatibility is assessed for the specific sensor and installation.

Subscriptions

Use Google Play’s subscription controls to manage a Google Play purchase or cancel renewal. Turning Tracking off is not subscription cancellation. For app access questions, contact us at the address above.

Account deletion and privacy

Read the account and data deletion process. A request can be initiated by email without installing or signing in to the app. The Privacy Policy explains scope, verification and retention.
